T-Bird Addiction (72)

T-Bird Addiction (72)
1
I must gain several inches
When I take the T-Bird out
To enjoy its gorgeous body
And a massive dose of clout

When I zoom along the highway
Soon my problems fade away
Never mind about the petrol
Or what lesser mortals say
2
Some may call this an indulgence
Like say Martin Luther would
While settling into marriage
With a nun no-longer good

In this democratic century
And with nuns now in decline
You can always cane a T-Bird
Save for one and that is mine
Chorus
My T-Bird is a beauty
And just perfect for a trip
I’m the envy of the highway
When I let my baby rip

For comfort and performance
Well the T-Bird can’t be beat
When you need a little action
Start her up and feel the heat
3
It’s a symbol of our culture
And the values we possess
You just need to be a winner
With more power than finesse

For those seeking satisfaction
Then your wish is my command
What you need most is a T-Bird
Or a substance that is banned
4
I’m a saint and not a sinner
When I pulverise some heap
With my car’s excessive power
Even when it’s half-asleep

Don’t remind me of the petrol
Or the rubber it gets through
With the T-Bird I’m a winner
Not to mention sexy too
Chorus
My T-Bird is a beauty
And just perfect for a trip
I’m the envy of the highway
When I let my baby rip

For comfort and performance
Well the T-Bird can’t be beat
When you need a little action
Start her up and feel the heat
5
Even if pleasure is fleeting
And so not designed to last
The T-Bird gives satisfaction
Guaranteed when driven fast

It will boost your fading image
And help you to be the one
So go get yourself a T-Bird
And start having lots of fun
6
There is nothing like a T-Bird
She’s both beauty and a beast
That will make you feel important
And a winner at the least

Never mind about the petrol
Fracking can take care of that
And display your code of ethics
By destroying some old cat
Chorus
My T-Bird is a beauty
And just perfect for a trip
I’m the envy of the highway
When I let my baby rip

For comfort and performance
Well the T-Bird can’t be beat
When you need a little action
Start her up and feel the heat
The End
